Your role as a Customer Support Technician
Join the Cegid Customer Support team, specializing in the Cegid Retail software used by over 1, 000 brands and 25, 000 points of sale globally.
Your main responsibility will be to assist and troubleshoot our retail clients in France and internationally.
As a Customer Support Technician, you will:
- Handle customer requests, provide responses, and offer solutions or escalate as needed.
- Manage client requests via various channels (calls, portal, chat) in accordance with service agreements.
- Follow up on client requests, adhering to provided instructions.
- Apply best practices daily in Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and report repetitive issues or calls.
