Your objective as a Customer Support Technician?
Join the Cegid Customer Support teams, specializing in the Cegid Retail software used by over 1, 000 brands and 25, 000 points of sale worldwide.
Your main mission will be to assist and troubleshoot our clients in using our retail solutions, both in France and internationally.
As a Customer Support Technician, you will:- Handle client requests, provide responses, and offer solutions or escalate as needed,
- Manage requests across all channels (calls, portal, chat), in accordance with the service contract,
- Follow up on requests, ensuring adherence to instructions,
- Apply best practices in Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction,
- Identify and alert on repetitive calls to improve service quality.
