Key Responsibilities
- Handle client requests, provide solutions or appropriate escalations.
- Manage requests across all channels (calls, portal, chat) in accordance with the service contract.
- Track and follow up on client requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Apply daily best practices in customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Alert to repetitive calls and suggest process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, with ability to assist international clients over the phone.
- Background in IT or hands‑on experience with Windows environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to translate technical and functional needs into clear solutions.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset with a rigorous, methodical approach and a knack for synthesis.
