The candidate should have knowledge of business analysis methodology in purchasing process in large companies, preferably in an international environment.

The candidate will join Supporting Solutions, more properly the Sourcing Support team and will be in charge of functional analysis and solution administration tasks in the context of first/second line of support of the group's procurement solutions and the included operations, within the Group with an emphasis on the daily

- bank activities of the team.

Main Tasks:

• Documentation & Communication Review
• Control and Solve the Service Now tickets
• Access management and Ensure proper Permanent Control campaigns execution
• Training stakeholders
• Support the management in controlling the activity

Technical Skills:

• Education: Bachelor and knowledge areas required/preferred (management, accounting, economics, maths, IT)
• Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience as a support and or functional analyst in i
  Valua environment or other ERP
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP is a plus
• Experience in projects related to migration of solutions and on the change management of the stakeholders involved
• Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, Power
  Point, Word, e. g. ) is mandatory
