About The Job
The program begins with a week of professional training to enhance your technical and professional skills. You will then be assigned to our regular tasks, gaining practical knowledge about the business. In the second half, you will work on real projects, become part of the teams, and gain a real insight into the role. You will shadow other areas within Global Markets, attend workshops, and work on individual and team projects.
Your Main Activities
- Support the FOCS and BS&C teams in NY with
- hoc requests (KPIs, reporting, regulatory, etc. ). - Assist in the development of automated tools for monitoring Global Markets Staff and performing customized data analytics.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and visualizations of monitoring procedures to identify potential conduct risk scenarios.

- end report by improving data collection, manipulation and developing visualizations for committees and presentations.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, IT or similar areas (Preferential).
- Proven experience in similar roles (Preferential).
- Strong teamwork mindset.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of professionalism.
- Motivated and driven to learn more about Global Markets.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e. g. Tableau, Power
BI) (Mandatory). - Basic programming skills (e. g. Python, VBA) (Mandatory).
- Fluency in English (Mandatory).
About The Team
This role supports two primary teams within the Global Markets Americas Chief Conduct and Controls Office (CCCO):
- Front Office Conduct & Surveillance (FOCS): monitors trading & sales business activity and electronic communications to deter, detect and prevent conduct risk breaches.
- Business Supervision & Controls (BS&C): collaborates with Trading, Sales, Structuring and Risks Management teams to keep non‑financial risks at an acceptable level.
