The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data and communications to help ensure fair and transparent trading practices. In this role,
- 'll review trading activity and alerts to identify any unusual or potentially concerning behavior. You-'ll investigate flagged cases, collaborate with other teams, and contribute to improving how alerts are handled and analyzed. You-'ll also be involved in projects that shape the future of our monitoring systems and help streamline processes.

What You-'ll Bring

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You might be a good fit if you:

• Have studied Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Have 1-3 years of experience in compliance, surveillance, or financial markets
• Communicate fluently in English (required)
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; experience with Bloomberg or Refinitiv is a plus
• Enjoy working as part of a team and building strong relationships across departments
• Can make thoughtful decisions and know when to raise concerns
• Are organized, curious, and enjoy working with complex information
