As a Survey Associate, your primary responsibility will be to source and vet
- matter experts from across the globe to participate in client surveys. Having understood the client brief, you’ll identify the most relevant professionals—leveraging both our AI-driven expert platform and utilising professional networking sites and other online resources to ensure each survey has the
- quality participants.
This is a
- impact,
- paced role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders within the business. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to defining what

- class survey sourcing looks like as we scale this function within the business.
What You Will Do as an Associate
- Receive and understand client briefs that cover a wide range of industries, markets, and regions.
- Source relevant experts globally using our proprietary platform, and other external recruiting tools
- Evaluate expert profiles through
- screening questions, screening calls where necessary and background research to assess fit for the survey - Communicate directly with experts to confirm authenticity, relevance, and willingness to participate
- Maximize conversion from sourced profiles to completed survey responses to ensure client deadlines are met
- Update and maintain expert data in our core platform, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
- Collaborate with team members to exceed client expectations and continuously improve project delivery
- Contribute to shaping survey sourcing practices and identifying opportunities for process or product innovation
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a market research,
- related or analytical field - Proactive,
- driven mindset with a focus on generating value for clients - Strong
- solving skills to identify and resolve any problems which arise in a timely and effective manner, at times when no precedent or process exists - Strong communication skills to speak clearly and take a constructive approach when in pressurised situations, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to find solutions, whether clients, experts, vendors or fellow team members
- The organisational and time management skills required to handle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing your own time and priorities
- Confidence and tenacity to thrive in a
- based environment - Collaborative team player who’s also comfortable working independently, working with integrity and always looking to set fellow team members up for success
- Adaptability and drive, working in a rapidly growing environment with ongoing process development and structural evolution, delivering a consistently high quality of work and service
- Reflective and always willing to take onboard feedback and learn
- Bonus: experience sourcing participants for quantitative market research
