Job Description

What you’ll do:

Develop and implement tailored Sustainability & ESG consulting services for clients in the real estate sector.
Collaborate with clients to define sustainability goals and strategic roadmaps, supporting execution through clear action plans.
Provide technical insights and
- driven recommendations for ESG-related
- making.
Evaluate, improve, and report on ESG performance of real estate assets and portfolios, including those owned, managed, or developed by C&W.
Create tools, models, and processes to streamline building certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, etc. ), focusing on clarity and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related fields.
Basic understanding of sustainability principles and ESG certifications (e. g. , LEED, BREEAM, WELL).
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data processing and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc. ).
Interest in the real estate sector and motivation to drive environmental and social impact.
Good communication skills in English & Portuguese, both written and verbal.
