Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement tailored Sustainability & ESG consulting services for clients across the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with clients to define their sustainability goals and strategic roadmaps, supporting execution through clear action plans.
• Provide technical insights and
  - driven recommendations to guide informed ESG-related
  - making in the client’s best interest.
• Evaluate, improve, and report on the ESG performance of real estate assets and portfolios, including those owned, managed, or developed by C&W.
• Create innovative tools, models, and processes to streamline building certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, etc. ), focusing on clarity and communication of sustainability data for key stakeholder
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of sustainability principles and ESG certifications (e. g. , , LEED, BREEAM, WELL).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data processing and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
• Interest in the real estate sector and motivation to drive environmental and social impact.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English & Portuguese.
