We are looking for a Sustainability & ESG Project Coordinator to join the team delivering one of the most ambitious data center developments in Europe, located in Sines, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent).
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with environmental and ESG standards.
• Draft and manage environmental and sustainability documentation (CEMP, pollution response, local needs assessments).
• Liaise with supply chain partners to embed sustainability across all phases of the project.
• Contribute to corporate ESG reporting and policy development.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Environment / Sustainability / ESG.
• Experience in a professional environment, ideally linked to sustainability in construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Competence in reporting tools and data analysis (Excel, sustainability metrics, ESG software).
• Knowledge of BREEAM / LEED frameworks (desirable).
