Job Description

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will support key sustainability reporting and compliance efforts in a dynamic and international environment. You will help drive transparency, align with regulatory standards, and contribute to impactful initiatives across the organization.

In your new role, you will:

• Assist in conducting the Double Material Assessment
• Actively contribute to the preparation of
  - financial reporting and collaborate on the development and implementation of concepts to meet future reporting requirements
• Provide support for the overall reporting process and documentation
• Conduct benchmarking activities and perform analyses
• Coordinate effectively with internal interface partners
• Coordinate legislative matters within the relevant field of activity
• Participate in projects with a primary focus on
  - financial reporting and related topics
• Contribute to the EU Taxonomy assessment and classification by analyzing legal requirements and regulatory changes
• Support global projects across the entire field of activity
  
  

Your Profile

You bring a sharp analytical mindset along with strong communication skills. You are
- oriented, thrive in
- paced environments, and enjoy working across cultures and departments to drive impactful results.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Sustainability, Natural Sciences or Economics, Business Law, or a similar field of studies
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of sustainability or
  - financial reporting in a company or auditing firm, preferably in an international and multicultural environment
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Word, Power
  Point, and Excel
• Good analytical skills, strong communication, teamwork mindset, and highly
  - oriented approach
• Fluency in English – proficiency in German would be an advantage
