This role is available to work from any of the following locations, including Luxembourg: London, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Milan.
Key job responsibilities
As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring the success of mass communications and educational content used by sellers selling on EU Amazon Marketplaces. You will create and implement communication campaigns, content, and roadmaps to drive awareness, education, and action from global sellers about compliance requirements.
You will work with global stakeholders to understand business priorities, align on roadmaps and content, and raise the quality of communications and seller experience. Self-motivation to learn about new topics and improve communication effectiveness is essential.

About the team
Sustainability compliance covers recycling regulations that sellers must follow in Europe, primarily Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). EPR makes sellers responsible for the entire lifecycle of their products, from design to

Our goal is to minimize friction for sellers while reducing risk to our business by building products that improve the seller experience and speed of compliance.
Minimum requirements
- Experience in professional
- internship marketing - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing, and scaling
- functional marketing programs from concept to completion - Experience using customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess program efficacy
- Experience with systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (e. g. , Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting
