About The Job

Drive the integration of sustainability considerations into the bank's processes and client relationships by developing and applying analytical methodologies, assessing clients' sustainability profiles, and promoting the use of sustainability analysis tools internally. This role aims to enhance the bank's understanding of its clients' sustainability performance (particularly financial institutions), tailor marketing and engagement strategies accordingly, and identify risks and opportunities for the bank and its clients.

Your Main Activities Are

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of methodologies to assess clients’ portfolios, enabling
  - dimensional analysis to better understand clients and personalize marketing and engagement strategies.
• Perform sustainability analysis of BNPP clients and prospects to identify risk profiles and opportunities specific to each counterparty.
• Support the dissemination and use of sustainability analysis tools across the business to better integrate sustainability considerations into bank processes.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Previous exposure to sustainable development, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e. g. , Python) and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI).
• Experience with Institutional Clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
• Data-oriented and
  - focused mindset.
