How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Join the L1 software team and specialize in:

• Digital Signal Processing: Implementing advanced signal processing algorithms
• Optimization: Enhancing performance & power efficiency
• Feasibility Studies: Analyzing & defining 3GPP 5G requirements
• Global Development: Collaborating in a distributed team
• Feature Implementation: Developing in C/C++
• Dev
  Ops: Managing CI with Docker & Python
• System Design: Creating scalable software solutions
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conducting tests &
  - verifying with Matlab
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Deep background in in software development R&D in a global environment
• Experience in project management within a global R&D context
• Understanding of LTE/5G systems and L1 technology
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Strong background in signal processing or physical layer processing
• Experience managing product quality
• Familiarity with Nokia RAN R&D processes and tools
