- quality service to prestigious international brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Represent a global brand;
• Work in a multicultural environment;
• Build customer relationships and ensure excellent experiences;
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
• Provide solutions to common problems and FAQs.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Swedish (C2 level or native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
• Availability for rotating shifts;
• Previous experience or contact with clients;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
