Swedish Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Portugal)

What You’ll Do
Provide outstanding customer service in Swedish , responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist users with product usage, account concerns, technical troubleshooting, and general guidance.
Ensure each interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and an aim for
- contact resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver a smooth customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Swedish (C1 level or higher – both written and spoken).
English proficiency (B2+ level) for training and internal communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and platforms.
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is appreciated but not required.
Legal authorization to live and work in Portugal.
Nice to Have
Interest in consumer technology and digital products.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
Experience working in a
- paced or BPO environment.
