We are looking for a System Administrator & Application Support!

Responsibilities

1. Provide functional support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution.
3. Develop a working knowledge of the systems and business areas to provide
   - level support.
4. Process requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc. ).
5. Create control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure smooth workflow and draft ad hoc reports.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
2. Experience with Oracle.
3. Experience with Ansible.
4. Experience with Dynatrace.
5. Knowledge of Financial Markets or Transversal Financial Markets (nice to have).
6. Experience with Service
   Now.
7. Strong analytical abilities, capable of synthesizing information while considering all details.
8. Team spirit and
   - focused attitude.
9. Adaptability skills.
10. Good command of English.
