What are we looking for?

• You have 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Dev
  Ops Engineer in complex IT environments, managing Microsoft ecosystems and cloud infrastructures.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration, including Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Share
  Point, DNS/domains, and network management, and have hands‑on experience with Remote Desktop Services.
• You are skilled in Power
  Shell scripting, Windows Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and use these tools to streamline and automate operations.
• You have strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including resource management, security, and automation.
• You are familiar with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and have a good understanding of Postgre
  SQL databases and Rabbit
  MQ messaging systems.
• You have practical experience with monitoring and communication tools such as Graylog, Sentry, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring system reliability and effective collaboration.
• You are comfortable working with Git
  Lab repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• You are structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented, always seeking to improve systems, processes, and team efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
