As a System Engineer, you will ensure the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will work with your IT colleagues and manufacturers on the development and revision of the IT system support strategies to ensure our SLA and system availability targets are met, and our Service Performance is improved.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution;
• Maintain optimal customer satisfaction by identifying issues and recommending appropriate solutions;
• Provide support by:
  • Researching
  • Diagnosing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Identifying solutions
  • Carrying out configurations
  • Performing upgrades
  • Carrying out migrations
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
• Write and maintain documentation;

• Profound knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft data center technologies (Hyper-V, Active Directory, System Center, SQL Server, Exchange, Share
  Point, Azure);
• Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them.
