Role Overview:

The System Administrator will ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and managed services, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and trust. This role involves implementing IT solutions, managing systems and networks, and optimizing service delivery to enhance response capability within the managed services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Sun Solaris systems.
• Support and manage virtualized environments (VMware, KVM, or equivalent).
• Configure and manage data networks, storage systems, and backup platforms.
• Ensure incident resolution within SLA (up to 4 hours) and maintain 24/7 service coverage.
• Propose and implement process improvements and report any
  - conformities.

Profile Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or IT (completed or ongoing).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration (Windows, Linux, VMware/KVM).
• Knowledge of storage, network, and firewall management (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar).
• Familiarity with Bash, Power
  Shell, Python, or Ansible scripting.
• Languages: Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong analytical,
