Role Overview:

We are looking for an System Administrator to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. What you will do :

• Installation, configuration, and administration of Active Directory, Exchange, and Skype for Business, as well as management of Hybrid Office 365 environments (Outlook, Exchange, Skype for Business, One
  Drive, Teams, Share
  Point).
• Configuration of Office 365 tenant setup , including configuration of hybrid Cloud/On-Premises environments, definition and implementation of security policies, management of licensing, user permissions, and Cloud/On-Premises synchronization, with a focus on Teams administration.
• Administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including the design and optimization of Windows 10 base images, as well as creation and deployment of packages and processes for software installation and updates.
• Proficient in managing security tools such as Trend Micro antivirus and Anubis
  - spam solutions.
• Setup, configuration, and upgrades of ESX and VMware Horizon, creation and optimization of Windows client images for VDI, pool management, and user support.
• Administration and support of Cornerstone platform, including configuration, maintenance, licensing and access management, curriculum definition, training setup, and report extraction.

What you are like:

• Experience in Microsoft infrastructures , including Active Directory, Exchange, and Skype for Business administration.
• Proven track record in Hybrid Office 365 environments (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, One
  Drive, Share
  Point).
• Hands-on experience in Office 365 tenant setup, licensing management, security policy definition, and user permissions administration.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud /
  - premises synchronization and identity management.
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including OS image creation, software deployment, and patch/update management.
• Troubleshooting and
  - solving skills in enterprise environments.
• Experience in administering Cornerstone platform (configuration, licensing, training setup, and reporting).
