Admin with a passion for keeping systems stable, secure, and optimised? We’re looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our client's team in Lisbon, with a strong focus on technical operations and infrastructure reliability .

This is a
- on role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving deep technical challenges, and is confident working across Linux systems, networks, and automation tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure the smooth operation and performance of Linux-based systems
• Manage and troubleshoot network configurations and load balancers
• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain high availability and resilience across infrastructure components
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to support production environments
• Contribute to automation and
  -
  - code initiatives
• Document procedures and share knowledge across the team

Your Technical Toolkit

• Linux administration – advanced level
• Networking – strong understanding of protocols, routing, firewalls
• Load balancers – configuration and optimisation
• Cloud platforms – experience with IBM Cloud is a plus
• Automation – familiarity with Ansible is highly valued
• Monitoring & troubleshooting – proactive and methodical approach
