Your Mission Will Be

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructures to ensure high availability and performance;
• Administer local and cloud environments while implementing automation and backup strategies;
• Monitor and troubleshoot system incidents, applying critical and analytical thinking;
• Support the implementation of secure network solutions and disaster recovery plans;
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional teams to improve overall IT operations.

You Will Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar technical role;
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems, including network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
• Proven experience in system maintenance, backup configuration, and incident resolution;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment;
• To be based in Viseu or available to work
  - site;
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with routing, switching, and Wi-Fi network management;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and SQL Server;
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and IT documentation standards;
• Hands-on experience with virtualization or
  - based infrastructure;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
