Required Skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas
• Min. 5 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong background in systems administration across Linux and Windows (Windows Server ****) platforms
• Experience managing virtualization environments with VMware (v
  Center/v
  Sphere, ESXi) and XCP‑ng
• Skilled in backup solutions such as Veeam (focused on VMware environments) and Bacula Community Edition
• Capable of installing, configuring, and maintaining both virtualization and backup tools
• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus and FS.com switch configuration (plus)
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
