Join our team as a System Administrator – Hybrid Profile (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about managing complex infrastructures, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting critical business applications?

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our infrastructure team. You’ll be responsible for the administration of our centralised datacentre and all connected systems, acting as a key point of contact for critical applications and supporting both Linux and Windows environments.

Our hybrid work setup offers flexibility — from November, 1 day per week
- site, the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Be one of three service administrators, acting as the exclusive point of contact for specific critical applications

✨ Deep knowledge of internal applications (e. g. , troubleshooting Active Directory, IBM, SAP, etc. )

✨ Analyse VLogs, understand security protocols, manage AD environments, and operate in both Linux and Windows systems

✨ Control licensing, manage contracts, and administer the infrastructure area

✨ Execute SQL queries to support operations

✨ Support market consultations, install new solutions, and configure networks

✨ Manage and execute backups

✨ Ensure software and hardware licensing compliance

Key Skills:

✅ Previous experience in system administration (Linux and Windows)

✅ Solid knowledge of Active Directory, security protocols, VLogs, and enterprise application management

✅ Experience in licensing control, contract management, and infrastructure administration

✅ Ability to execute SQL queries

✅ Availability to support selection processes and install new solutions

✅ Good command of Portuguese (PT) and basic English

✅ Availability for a hybrid regime: from November, 1x/week in the office

✅ Availability for integration after 12 months of internalisation

Tools & Technologies:

Education & Certifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred

Certifications in system administration or infrastructure are a plus
