Mandatory Requirements:

• Background as Sys
  Admin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer
• Minimum of 7 years in infrastructure, with over 3 years in technical leadership and architecture roles
• Relevant experience in managing technological projects or coordinating within PMOs
• Architecture of hybrid environments (on-premises + Azure and/or AWS)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networks, security, and storage
• Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup, and monitoring
• Automation with Power
  Shell, Bash, Python (ideally Ansible or Terraform)
• Storage and backup (Veeam, Net
  App, Dell EMC, etc. )
• Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls)
• Experience managing teams or technical mentoring

Plus:

• Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, Veeam VMCE
• Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Dev
  Ops

English B2 level is mandatory.
