We're looking for a System Analyst (IT Solutions Designer) – Financial Interfaces (Porto)

Who We're Looking For:

• We are seeking a System Analyst to collaborate closely with a
  - functional project team on the rollout of a unified financial system and the implementation of financial interfaces between business operating systems and finance platforms.
• The role involves project participation, technical design, system implementation, and ongoing support of accounting interfaces.

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

Main tasks include:

Project Management Support

• Contribute to all project phases by ensuring proper technical integration with financial and accounting requirements. Monitor budgets and milestones, prepare status updates, and support issue resolution and
  - making in project committees.

Technical Design & Implementation

• Analyse technical architecture impacts, define and document interface specifications, and configure relevant tools. Support data validation, testing activities, and deployment planning. Execute tests, validate outcomes, and ensure smooth production rollout and
  - deployment stability.

Support & Maintenance

• Handle support requests for accounting interfaces, prioritizing issues effectively and performing necessary testing to maintain system reliability.

Technical Skills

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of general or banking accounting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Axway Accounting Integration Suite (AIS/RDJ) is a plus.
• Understanding of financial information systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
