We are building the
- generation neobank from scratch. We are heavily scaling up the teams and you’ll work on a massive, greenfield fintech project building a secure, compliant platform that brings together crypto, fiat, banking, and investments in one intuitive experience. Our products include digital wallets, crypto cards, SWIFT & SEPA transfers, debit and virtual cards, POS integrations, and access to stocks, staking, credit products, and IPOs.
With 150+ specialists (growing very fast!) across Vilnius, Kyiv and Dubai, we are now launching a new engineering hub in Lisbon. You won't just be writing user stories; you will be diving deep into API contracts, designing data flows for complex financial transactions, and ensuring our microservices communicate flawlessly. You will translate business needs into precise technical specifications that our Senior Golang developers can build without ambiguity.
What you will Do
Translate
- level product vision into clear, unambiguous technical specifications (FRs / NFRs) for a greenfield banking platform
Design API-first architectures using REST, Graph
QL, MCP, and g
RPC for
- critical financial workflows
Define
-
- end data flows for payments, ledgers, KYC, and
- party financial integrations
Create and maintain living system documentation (Swagger/Open
API, Confluence) as a single source of truth
Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and QA—aligning business outcomes with system constraints
Support QA by defining acceptance criteria and test scenarios grounded in real banking edge cases
Perform targeted SQL-based analysis to validate assumptions, investigate anomalies, and support

3+ years as a System Analyst, technically strong Business Analyst, or Software Engineer transitioning into

Deep understanding of API design (REST, Graph

Solid grounding in microservices architectures and distributed systems concepts
Strong SQL skills (Postgre
SQL or similar)
Proficient in UML & BPMN (Sequence, Component, Activity diagrams)
Hands-on experience with Swagger / Open
API
Fintech / Banking / Payments experience (ledgers, transactions, KYC, reconciliation)
Fluent English with strong written documentation and stakeholder communication skills
