Responsibilities

Design and provide architecture for complex products.
Advise prospects and clients on project implementation.
Serve as an engineering expert in technical disciplines.
Maintain expertise and demonstrate thought leadership.
Conduct educational and mentoring sessions with clients.
Collaborate with developers and participate in acceptance testing.
Develop
- term partnerships with clients.
Take responsibility for project outcomes, considering contractual, financial, and technical aspects.

Candidate Profile

10+ years in Software Development.
1+ years in architect roles.
3+ years as a Tech Lead or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Deep technical knowledge in at least two of the following: C++, Java, Typescript/Angular, AI.
Experience designing and implementing complex solutions.
Proven ability to architect new systems or refactor existing ones.
Accurate estimation skills for complex features or projects.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities.
Experience with technical documentation and UML modeling.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
