Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. The key responsibilities include analyzing and solving software engineering problems, developing and applying software engineering practices, supervising technical and administrative work, building skills and expertise, and collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders.

Your Role

• Responsible for providing architecture and design for complex products.
• Represents the company with new prospects, offering advice and guidance on project implementation.
• Acts as the engineering expert and focal point for at least one of Open
  Cascade’s technical disciplines.
• Maintains
  - level expertise in chosen technical disciplines.
• Demonstrates thought leadership in the market.
• Conducts education and mentoring sessions with customers.
• Works on projects with developers and/or participates in acceptance testing to ensure architecture meets customer needs.
• Develops
  - term partnerships with internal and external clients.
• Takes full responsibility for outcomes, understanding contractual, financial, and technical considerations.

Your Profile

• 10+ years experience in Software Development.
• 1+ years of experience in architect roles.
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes.
• Deep technical knowledge (with
  - on experience) in at least two of the following: C++, Java, Typescript/Angular, AI.
• Experience designing and implementing complex customer solutions, considering operations and maintainability.
• Proven experience building architecture for new systems or modules, guiding development teams to final results.
• Experience estimating complex features or entire projects accurately.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Strong collaboration skills, including coaching and motivating stakeholders and developers.
• Experience developing technical documentation, including system modeling using UML.
• Experience in Agile software development.

Nice To Have

• Experience architecting for public cloud platforms.
