Works in the area of Software Engineering, encompassing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. Responsibilities include:

1. Applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
2. Developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
3. Exercising original thought and judgment, supervising technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
4. Building skills and expertise to meet standard software engineering expectations as defined in Professional Communities.
5. Collaborating with other software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.

Your Role

• Providing architecture and design for complex products.
• Representing the company with new prospects, offering advice and guidance on project implementation.
• Serving as the engineering expert and focal point for at least one of Open
  Cascade’s technical disciplines.
• Maintaining
  - level expertise in chosen technical disciplines.
• Demonstrating thought leadership in the market.
• Conducting education and mentoring sessions with customers on technical disciplines.
• Working on projects with developers and participating in acceptance testing to ensure architecture meets customer needs.
• Developing
  - term partnerships with internal and external clients.
• Taking full responsibility for outcomes, understanding contractual, financial, and technical considerations.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 1+ years in architect roles.
• 3+ years in roles like Tech Lead.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes.
• Deep technical knowledge (with
  - on experience) in at least two of the following: C++, Java, Typescript/Angular, AI.
• Significant experience designing and implementing complex customer solutions considering operations and maintainability.
• Proven experience building architecture for new systems or modules, guiding development teams to final results.
• Experience estimating complex features or entire projects accurately.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong collaboration skills, including coaching and motivating stakeholders and developers.
• Experience developing technical documentation, including system modeling using UML.
• Experience in Agile software development.

Nice To Have

• Experience architecting for public cloud platforms.
