Overview

We are looking for a Docs Platform Engineer to join the Product Content Experience (PCX) team at Cloudflare. You will be part of a growing engineering team focused on making our docs site shine and supporting future interactive responsibilities. You’ll collaborate with technical writers, content strategists, developer educators, product managers, and engineers to improve the documentation experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain our documentation platform (and soon other platforms).
• Work with technical writers, content strategists, and developer educators to create a seamless process for technical content.
• Collaborate with Product teams to be customer zero for Cloudflare’s own products within our documentation platform.
• Cultivate and establish relationships with users of our documentation, serving as a point of contact to collect and implement improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with software development.
• Highly analytical,
  - and
  - oriented problem solver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
