We are looking for an outstanding System Engineer with expertise in Office 365 -including Teams, Exchange, Share
Point, Purview services, tenant settings, and Microsoft Exchange- to join the Inetum team!

• Manage and maintainMicrosoft 365 (Office365) environments and Microsoft Exchange
  - prem.
• Monitor system performance availability, and security of Office 365 and Exchange
  - prem.
• Implement and maintainTenant, Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive, Exchange policies, retention rules, and compliance configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolveissues related to Office 365 ecosystem, and Exchange
  - prem (mail flow, user access, and system errors)
• AdministerExchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and threat management.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, mailbox provisioning, and license management.
• Collaborate with IT teamsto integrate email systems with other enterprise applications.
• Ensure data protectionand disaster recovery strategies.
• Document procedures, configurations, and system changes.
• Stay updated onMicrosoft 365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managingMicrosoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Exchange environment.
• Strong understanding ofEntra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, andPower
  Shell scripting.
• Experience withOffice 365, email security, compliance including data loss prevention (DLP), AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview.
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills.
• High resilience, assertiveness and proactiveness
• Microsoft certifications (e. g. , MS-102, MS-203) are a plus.
• Business fluent English and Portuguese

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.
• Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools.
• Power Platform knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in a
  - oriented environment.
