Your responsibilities

Provide L2 support of defined global OT Services to our internal and external stakeholders at Operational Technology area. These are Software management (Packaging, Deployment, Lifecycle), Backup management, Asset management services.
Ensure standards, reliable and effective operations of defined IT and OT services, even beyond the guidelines.
Manage and operate OT infrastructure components of mentioned OT services.
Continuously improve the operations of these OT services and related standards.
Handle and document OT related requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
Analyze logs, events, incidents on a regular basis of Monitoring. Based on the analyses propose, define, execute and
- up professional corrective actions to ensure the quality of these services and improve them.
Close cooperation with various IT, OT departments and external machine suppliers.

Your profile

Deep understanding of one of the supported services: Software management (Packaging, Deployment, Lifecycle), Backup management, Asset management. Ideally familiar with one of our existing enterprise technologies and tools.
Good knowledge of
- premise MS Windows infrastructure is required; Linux would be an advantage.
Working experience in the field of Operational Technology would be a plus.
Microsoft cloud infrastructure experience would be an advantage.
Problem-solving thinking, capable to analyze and propose solutions or workarounds.
Proactive,
- confident attitude but able and capable to follow standards and policies.
Good English knowledge is required; German would be an advantage.
3-5 years Level 1 and/or Level 2 support experiences ideally in one of the mentioned services above.
Readiness for continuous training and education.
Willingness to work flexibly if needed.
Willingness to work with colleagues from different cultures.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5 %).
