What will you contribute?
The Universal Banking Finastra Cloud is supported by a global cloud infrastructure leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies, system integrators and solution partners delivering Finastra Universal Banking solutions intended for the highest level of security, performance and operating excellence.
As part of the Application Technical Operations group, you will be responsible for monitoring and administrating

- end Cloud Core Banking solution for multiple customers around the world, ensuring Infrastructure & Application monitoring, implementing planned activities to upgrade the applications working collaboratively with multiple technical groups from Product, Dev
Ops, Global Services and Customer Support.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Technical Operations
- Infrastructure: Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Machines (Linux RHEL 8. x, 9. x, Windows Server) and Paa
S Services like storage accounts, key vaults, Azure Web App, ADF, Azure SQL databases, etc. , leveraging Dev
Ops pipelines. - Applications: Installation & Configuration of Core Banking Solution new releases, service packs, patches and
- fixes using Azure Dev
Ops pipelines. - Incident and Event Management: support the investigation and troubleshooting on technical issues and incidents arising on live or implementation client environments. Ensure that incident resolutions and requests are delivered to SLAs.
- Configure and maintain the integrations of Core Banking solution
- Development and maintenance of Cloud Application Operations scripts for operational tasks automation.
- Administer access management on the client environments using Finastra Corporate Access Management tools.
- Participate in periodic service reviews and provide updates and recommendations to management for implementing adjustments.
- Create, review and update
- based articles on Application Operations repository.
- Work with Universal Banking business on building, maintaining and improving monitoring practice across UB cloud services.
- Proactive monitoring of the services: collect application performance monitors data and evaluate the metrics providing feedback to Product & QA teams.
- Respond to event management alerts based on the monitoring matrix.
- Drive innovation, adopt new cloud technologies. Operational automation adoption: identify operational tasks that can be candidates for automation.
- Actively participate and provide initiatives and feedback that drive service improvement across the platform, partnering with Product teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years of
- on work experience in public cloud infrastructure and services experience (Preferred Microsoft Azure). - Previous experience with Windows and Linux operating systems (Win Server 2019, RHEL 8. X).
- Previous experience in cloud solutions architecture, design and management.
- Previous experience with Azure cloud Paa
S services: Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL, account storages, load balancers, etc. - Strong knowledge of IT operations from implementation phase to maturity and

SQL); Scripting languages (Perl, Python, Korn Shell, Windows batch); Middleware: Apache Tomcat; IIS Server, Java technologies; JBoss EAP; - Should have 3 – 5 years of expertise with Dev
