As a Senior IT Systems Integrator – Operations & Dev
Ops , you will be working for our client, a leader in IT solutions within the banking industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and automation of critical IT systems, supporting infrastructure and operations teams to deliver continuous service excellence. This is an exciting chance to contribute to innovative IT strategies and develop your expertise in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the exploitability of solutions in RUN by updating CMDB, managing obsolescence and vulnerability processes
• Handle incident and problem management in accordance with ITIL V4 standards
• Guarantee business continuity through proactive PSI management
• Conduct scheduled interventions, including HNO activities, maintaining system stability
• Automate production deployments to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Support solution development in collaboration with CP/Scrum
  Ops teams
• Maintain best practices in Dev
  Ops culture including automation, security, and observability

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Several years of experience in IT operations or systems integration within the banking sector
• Strong knowledge of Control-M, Connect Express, Windows, Linux, and Service
  Now
• Hands-on experience with Open Systems (Windows, Linux), Control-M, and CFT
• Familiarity with service management tools like Service
  Now
• ITIL V4 certification or exposure
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proactive attitude with strong collaborative skills
• Proficiency in English (B1) and French (B1/B2) optional

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Additional certifications in Dev
  Ops or related fields
• Experience with scripting or automation tools
