We're Hiring | Systems & Identity Engineer (Microsoft Ecosystem)

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Systems and Identity Engineering team, working in a
- scale,
- critical technological environment with national impact.

The Challenge

You will be part of a team responsible for managing and evolving complex Microsoft-based infrastructures, ensuring security, availability, and operational excellence across hybrid and enterprise environments.

What we're looking for

Minimum 12th grade or equivalent technical/professional qualification;

Strong experience (4+ years) in enterprise environments, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Hybrid environments (On-Prem + O365), Microsoft Intune, Teams, and One
Drive for Business, Microsoft FIM / MIM;

Solid technicalknowledge of: Windows Server, Azure AD, SAN, Routing & Switching, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, SNMP, Qo
Sm, TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6;

Microsoftcertifications (Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Intune, SCCM) are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate Domain Controllers, physical and virtual servers, Share
Point platforms, and collaboration systems;

Provide 2nd and3rd line support via ITSM / SMAX;

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests;

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers;

Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructures;

Implementtechnical changes and improvements;

Produce technical documentation and operational reports;

Support critical
- level entities and services.
