- how, experience, and dedication. In this regard, we are strengthening our Human Resources team and are looking for a Systems Administrator (m/f) .
MISSION
Ensure the installation, maintenance, development, and optimization of the internal network, hardware, and information, communication, and security systems, thus providing the necessary support for the Group's continuous operational improvement and expansion strategy, in line with internal standards and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement infrastructure solutions to ensure the desired operational efficiency.
- Ensure execution of automatic routines for continuous maintenance of the central information systems, in order to guarantee the normal and uninterrupted flow of information within the Group (hardware and software), under reliable and secure conditions. This includes ensuring backups, contingency plans, and redundancy at the central structure level and decentralized structures in each region—fundamental to guaranteeing business continuity.
- Ensure infrastructure maintenance to continuously keep all systems operating under optimal conditions.
- Work with Compliance to ensure adherence to ongoing programs.
- Adopt behaviors and attitudes aligned with the organization’s values to achieve the company’s mission and vision.
- Comply with and promote the principles established in the Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety, and Environment) and the procedures of the Organization’s approved Management System.
- Manage communication and negotiation with partners and suppliers to obtain the best solutions for emerging issues.
- Interact and coordinate, whenever necessary, with various internal and external teams to achieve the defined objectives.
- Work with Compliance to ensure adherence to ongoing programs.
- Adopt behaviors and attitudes aligned with the organization’s values to achieve the company’s mission and vision.
