The job
We are seeking a motivated System Administrator with experience in Linux system installation and a keen interest in automation (RPA, ECM, BPM) and AI within complex environments. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within our dynamic team, where learning new technologies is encouraged and supported.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems;
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI);
- Collaborate with senior administrators to support complex IT environments;
- Troubleshoot system and network issues as they arise;
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability;
- Document processes and procedures related to system administration.
Must Haves
- Proven experience with Linux system administration;
- Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, ECM, BPM) and AI concepts;
- Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly;
- Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail; - Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Portuguese Speaker.
- Should be based in one of the following locations: Portugal, Ireland, the UK, Israel, or Denmark.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM Filenet and/or IBM Datastage;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience);
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Docker);
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols;
- Certification in relevant technologies (Linux, AWS, etc. ) is a plus.
