Description:

1. Degree in Computer Engineering.

2. Minimum 5 years experience in implementation, administration & operation of Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365) and traditional environments (Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware).

Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve failures and incidents.
• Management and operation of Microsoft Active Directory and its organizational structure (OUs), in relation to users, service accounts, PCs (Desktops + Laptops), and servers (Windows & Linux).
• Management and operation of VMware platforms.
• Manage the use of resources, licensing, and respective profiling of Microsoft 365, forecasting trends and anticipating needs for continuous improvement.
• Management & Configuration Manager Operation (Microsoft SCCM).
• Provisioning compute resources (VMs) in VMware technology & Microsoft Azure.
• Registration of daily operations with ITSM (Service
  Now) tool.
• Process management in ITSM (Service
  Now) tool.
• Implementation and maintenance of the IT governance component (CMDB, TAGs, compliance, Audits, etc. ).
• Cost management of the Cloud operation & Microsoft 365.

Location:

Lisbon (hybrid 3x2)
