Sysadvance is hiring a Systems Operation and Monitoring Engineer

The Systems Operation and Monitoring Engineer is part of the Engineering Unit within the Technology Department and is responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing performance of systems and projects.

- Prepare, together with the engineering team, the necessary information for the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance (spare parts) of systems developed by Sysadvance;

- Contribute significantly to the drafting of operation manuals, training materials, and spare parts lists;

- Monitor the operation of installed systems, identifying operational deviations and proposing improvements;

- Analyze performance data to ensure compliance with defined KPIs;

- Produce and communicate various operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.

Requirements

Technical

- Degree in Engineering

- 2–5 years of experience in similar roles

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel

- Solid knowledge of English and French (preferred)

- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility

- Good time management skills

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours
