The Role

The Role At Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced infrastructure systems. You’ll monitor, control, and maintain

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate system events and alerts across Windows and Linux environments.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks and escalate potential outages or anomalies.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams and specialists to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to customers on best practices and resource utilization.
• Maintain documentation and logs for operational activities and incident management.
• Apply a proactive and
  - oriented approach to system operations and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of job scheduling tools, specifically Control-M on Distributed Platforms
• Proficiency in Windows Operating System
• Proficiency in Linux Operating System
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Ability to understand and use Technical English
