The Role

As a Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced infrastructure systems. You’ll monitor, control, and maintain mission‑critical environments, applying innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of services that drive our customers’ success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate system events and alerts across Windows and Linux environments.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks and escalate potential outages or anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and specialists to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to customers on best practices and resource utilization.
• Maintain documentation and logs for operational activities and incident management.
• Apply a proactive and detail‑oriented approach to system operations and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of job scheduling tools, specifically Control‑M on Distributed Platforms
• Proficiency in Windows Operating System
• Proficiency in Linux Operating System
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Ability to understand and use Technical English
