Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled T‑SQL developer to join our team. As a T‑SQL developer, the candidate will design, develop, and maintain T‑SQL code ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance. The role involves collaborating with development, business analysts, and operational teams on projects such as database optimization, data integration, reporting, and data‑driven application development.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and optimize complex SQL queries for high‑performance data retrieval and manipulation.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain database documentation.
• Provide estimates for work, updates of status, and estimates to complete.
• Support user tests and provide third‑level support.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in T‑SQL and database concepts.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with MS SQL Server and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience with IBM Web
  Sphere Transformation Extender (nice to have).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Soft Skills

• Rigorous, autonomous, team‑oriented, result‑oriented and proactive.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• At ease with financial concepts and/or interested to learn the Business & Bank organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
