Job Description:

Are you a Polish speaker and a social media enthusiast? We are recruiting a T3 Developer Support Agent - Polish speaking in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Developer Support Agent helps developers by resolving issues, managing escalations, and providing clear communication and detailed research. Support is provided via email and chat to ensure developers receive timely assistance to maintain and improve their apps.

Manage and resolve escalations/appeals from developers regarding actions on their apps;
Simplify complex issues to create clear summaries for communication via email, ticketing, and chat;
Conduct detailed research with high attention to detail;
Handle
- tasking and complex
- making;
Communicate effectively, demonstrating knowledge of app store policies and empathy towards developers;
Review, maintain, and curate data, proofreading documents for publication.

Requirements:

Fluent in Polish & proficient in English;
1-2 years of experience in Technical Support;
Excellent communication skills;
Problem-solving aptitude;
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
Valid work permit in Portugal.
