Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Data Engineer to join an international team. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and Tableau dashboards, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability across multiple business domains.

The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment, supporting the development of a new reporting platform to industrialize analytics for the Risk and Finance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure to support Tableau analytics and reporting.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources into efficient, analysis‑ready models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Support project delivery, ensuring best practices in Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop environments.
• Provide technical support to design and production teams during implementation phases.
• Configure and maintain non‑production environments and perform regular Tableau Server upgrades.
• Develop new Tableau reports and dashboards, including those for platform monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Promote data visualization best practices and provide user training when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or BI Developer.
• Proven expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of Tableau Server architecture and dashboard development.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of credit risk concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAS, Power BI, Dataiku, Apache Ni
  Fi, and JIRA is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments is appreciated.

Language Requirements

• English: Proficient (C1 – mandatory)
• French: Desirable
