Cross Border Talents is searching for a Talend Developer for our client in Portugal-Lisbon. Our client is part of the world top groups leading insurance and asset management. They are present worldwide and looking for someone who would like to work
- time from the Lisbon office.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Designing, developing, and documenting Talend ETL processes, technical architecture, data pipelines, and performance scaling using tools to integrate Talend data.
• Repoint data objects in workflow scripts mapping to MS SQL Server (repost SQL).
• Create data mappings that involve implementation of Business Logic to load data from source to target repository.
• Communicate with business customers to discuss issues and requirements.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, data flow diagrams, and database design development.
• Drive test planning, test designing and execution, performance, and stress testing, implementing, and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems.
• Ensure data quality, data integration, application integration, data management, and big data.
• Write and administer ETL jobs to extract data from multiple data sources and load into data marts.
• Responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Talend.
• Strong experience in building data pipelines to store, prepare, and process data.
• Strong experience in building data quality processes.
• Very good data modeling skills.
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
• Good experience in data acquisition and retention strategies.
• Working on a hybrid model.
• Relocation facility available.
