Your mission:

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you will:

• Manage
  -
  - end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop content and campaigns to strengthen our employer brand
• Represent euro
  Atlantic in job fairs, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
• Use data and insights to improve recruitment processes
• Create a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects our culture

What we’re looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Linked
  In Recruiter and other recruitment platforms (e. g. , Teamtailor, Job
  Teaser, Indeed)
• Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment (a plus)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Interest in aviation and multicultural work environments
