Position
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will shape our workforce across 22 European locations, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire top‑tier talent. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment for high‑impact, strategic roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience, while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners. Your focus will be on building a diverse, future‑ready talent pipeline and continuously improving sourcing, assessment, and employer‑branding practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans using market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and internal workforce needs to attract top‑tier talent.
- Partner closely with HR, Rewards, and Hiring Managers to define success profiles and build targeted sourcing strategies aligned with cultural and strategic goals.
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience from job posting and sourcing to technical assessments and offer management.
- Leverage platforms like Git
Hub, Linked
In, and Stack Overflow to proactively identify and engage high‑potential candidates. - Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, providing insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship‑building for future hiring needs.
- Use Teamtailor to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data‑driven decision‑making.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international recruiting within a fast‑paced, international matrix environment.
- Strong ability to assess talent and familiarity with various interview formats and assessment tools.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple regions and technical domains.
- Deep understanding of global and local hiring practices, with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (mandatory); proficiency in Portuguese, Hungarian, or other European languages is a plus.
- A strategic, hands‑on partner with strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
