• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Talent Acquisition Business Advisors are responsible for activities related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of an organization.
• They work under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand the company''s hiring requirements and to support the development of effective recruitment strategies.
