Position
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will shape our workforce across 22 European locations, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire
- tier talent. You will lead
- cycle recruitment for
- impact, strategic roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, aligning talent strategies with our business goals and 7 strategic commitments. Your focus will be on building a diverse,
- ready talent pipeline while continuously improving sourcing methods, assessment practices, and employer branding. You will contribute to broader Group HR initiatives, helping to evolve our talent acquisition tools and processes. Your expertise in recruitment will drive innovation and excellence in how we attract and retain the best minds.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans using market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and internal workforce needs to attract
- tier talent. - Partner closely with HR, Rewards, and Hiring Managers to define success profiles and build targeted sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with our cultural and strategic goals.
- Lead the

- end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles (tech or
- tech, depending on your experience), ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience from job posting to offer management. - Leverage platforms like Git
Hub, Linked
In, and Stack Overflow to proactively identify and engage
- potential candidates. - Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, providing insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and
- building for future hiring needs. - Use Teamtailor to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure
- driven

Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international recruiting within a
- paced, international matrix environment. - Strong ability to assess talent and familiarity with various interview formats and assessment tools.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple regions and technical domains.
- Deep understanding of global and local hiring practices, with a
- solving mindset. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with Portuguese or other European languages being a plus.
