Position
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will shape our technical workforce across 22 European locations, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire
- tier Tech and Product talent. In a
- paced market, you will lead
- cycle recruitment for strategic roles and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, aligning talent strategies with our business goals and our 7 strategic commitments. The focus is on building a diverse,
- ready talent pipeline while continuously improving sourcing methods, assessment practices, and employer branding in the tech space. You will contribute to broader Group HR initiatives and evolve our talent acquisition tools and processes. Your expertise in tech recruitment will drive innovation and excellence in attracting and retaining technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic,

- focused talent acquisition plans using market intelligence and internal workforce needs to attract
- tier talent. - Partner with HR, Rewards, and Hiring Managers to define success profiles and build targeted sourcing strategies for software development, engineering, product management, IT, data, AI, and related roles.

- end recruitment for tech and product roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from posting to assessments and offers. - Leverage platforms like Git
Hub, Linked
In, and Stack Overflow to proactively identify and engage
- potential candidates. - Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on tech talent trends and best practices in technical hiring.
- Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and
- building for future needs. - Use Teamtailor to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure
- driven

Profile / Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international tech recruiting within a
- paced, international matrix environment. - Strong ability to assess technical talent and familiarity with technical interview formats and assessment tools.
- Proven experience managing tech recruitment across multiple regions and technical domains.
- Deep understanding of global and local tech hiring practices, with a
- solving mindset. - Excellent English communication skills; Portuguese or other European languages are a plus.
